1. Made-to-order artworks
All fine art prints are produced individually on demand.
This also includes options such as:

• paper type

• size / format

• framing

• glass front

These products are considered custom-made goods.
👉 Therefore, the right of withdrawal or return is excluded once production has started.

2. Exceptions (defects or damage)
If an item arrives damaged or defective:

• Please report it within 5 days of delivery

• including photos of the product and packaging

Depending on the case, we offer:

• replacement

• re-production

• refund

 
3. Shipping damage (glass frames)
Framed artworks with glass are carefully packaged.
However, transport damage may still occur:

• please note any visible damage upon delivery with the carrier

• then contact us immediately

👉 Claims may be limited without a carrier damage report.

4. Returns
Returns are only accepted with prior written approval.
Conditions:

• original packaging required

• insured shipping mandatory

• secure and shock-resistant packaging

Not accepted:

• damage caused by insufficient packaging
   

5. Color & print variations
Minor differences in:

• color

• brightness

• contrast

are production-related and do not constitute a defect.
