1. Made-to-order artworks
All fine art prints are produced individually on demand.
This also includes options such as:

paper type
-
size / format
-
framing
-
glass front
These products are considered custom-made goods.
👉 Therefore, the right of withdrawal or return is excluded once production has started.
2. Exceptions (defects or damage)
If an item arrives damaged or defective:

Please report it within 5 days of delivery

including photos of the product and packaging
Depending on the case, we offer:
-
replacement
-
re-production
-
refund
3. Shipping damage (glass frames)
Framed artworks with glass are carefully packaged.
However, transport damage may still occur:

please note any visible damage upon delivery with the carrier

then contact us immediately
👉 Claims may be limited without a carrier damage report.
4. Returns
Returns are only accepted with prior written approval.
Conditions:

original packaging required
-
insured shipping mandatory
-
secure and shock-resistant packaging
Not accepted:
-
damage caused by insufficient packaging
5. Color & print variations
Minor differences in:
-
color
-
brightness
-
contrast
are production-related and do not constitute a defect.
